Job Details:
Most of our currently available assignments consist
of going to the county recorder's office, going through the new
mortgage records, and picking up the buyer, lender, mortgage
amount, and property address. Pay is per entry, so your speed, use
of a laptop OR other efficient collection method, and the way in which
the county's records are indexed all play a role in how lucrative this
work will be for you. Pay is per record with a potential for a
raise in just 30-45 days. The amount of work required varies
greatly by county.
Once trained, the potential is available to make very
good money at this. It takes time to learn how to find the
information quickly and some county computer systems are slower than
others. As there are many factors that play a part in how
fast you can do this, the only way to find out what you will do is to
give it a try. We do love to pass on as many tips as possible to help
our researchers make as much money for their time as possible.
As Sunlark Research expands, there are also other
opportunities that may arise--from potentially increasing your local
assignments to possible online work. Bear in mind that invitations to
accept more assignments--and especially online and/or other
telecommuting assignments--are generally reserved for those who are
punctual and consistent in meeting their weekly deadlines.
If you accept an assignment, you will then be expected to turn in your work, status report, and invoice every week.
If this type of work appeals to you and you know yourself to be
the type of person that thrives on independence while consistently
meeting your commitments, please complete the forms in step 2. We'll
look forward to receiving them shortly.
